Using RaceMetric

RaceMetric is a personal karting logbook, planning, media, fitness, and data-analysis tool. You are responsible for the information you enter, import, attach, export, or share and for using the app lawfully, safely, and in accordance with circuit, championship, team, and equipment rules.

Do not operate RaceMetric while driving a kart or whenever using a phone would be unsafe or prohibited. A parent or guardian should supervise use by a young driver.

Not Professional Or Safety Advice

RaceMetric is not safety equipment and does not provide professional engineering, mechanical, medical, nutritional, fitness, legal, race-control, or driver-coaching advice. App outputs must not replace proper inspection, maintenance, scrutineering, manufacturer instructions, circuit rules, professional advice, or the judgement of the driver and responsible adults.

Accuracy And Availability

Logger imports, GPS traces, sector calculations, theoretical laps, comparisons, engine-runtime estimates, maintenance reminders, weather forecasts, circuit information, and published reference times may be incomplete, delayed, unavailable, or inaccurate. Conditions, layouts, regulations, classifications, and published results can change. Verify important information with the relevant official source before relying on it. No result, improvement, lap time, availability, or competitive outcome is guaranteed.

Your Content And Imported Files

Only import, store, attach, export, or share logger files, photographs, videos, names, results, and other material that you are entitled to use. Respect privacy, confidentiality, copyright, image rights, team agreements, and restrictions imposed by circuits or championships. Take particular care with information or images relating to children and other drivers.

Local Storage And Backups

RaceMetric stores app records and selected media locally. Device loss, damage, operating-system changes, storage pressure, interrupted imports, deleting the app, or software faults can result in data loss. Export backups regularly and keep them somewhere appropriate and secure. You are responsible for copies you export or share outside RaceMetric.

Third-Party Names, Sources And Services

RaceMetric is independent and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any circuit, championship, timing provider, logger manufacturer, kart manufacturer, or engine manufacturer named in the app or on this website. Third-party names are used only to describe compatibility or identify factual sources and reference information. All third-party trade marks belong to their respective owners.

External websites, public data feeds, weather services, device services, file formats, and operating-system features are controlled by their respective providers and may change or become unavailable. Their own terms and privacy policies apply when you use them.

Responsibility And Consumer Rights

RaceMetric is provided as a practical aid. To the extent permitted by law, the operator is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising from reliance on app calculations, forecasts, reference information, reminders, imported data, or locally stored content. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or rights that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer law.
